Barrel scooter by Studio RDD – upcycleDZINE
In Januari of this year, I posted an article about Barrique by San Patrignano. Re-used, upcycled furniture and design pieces made out of wood from the barriques [wine barrels]. Fantastic to see what they do with these barriques.

Cool scooter upcycled out of wood

This week I came across a design for a scooter. The ‘Barrel scooter‘ by Studio RDD is not just another scooter design, no an upcycle design also made from recycled barrel wood.

Only one barrel gives enough wood pieces to make 10 scooters! It really looks very cool, wish I still was a kid!
